C. Kelly Lightfoot
C. Kelly Lightfoot is a Managing Partner in the Metairie office and has been with the firm since 1985. His practice consists primarily of asbestos, workers' compensation, environmental and toxic tort, and construction litigation. He has represented parties in complex litigation involving asbestos and toxic torts as well as various workers' compensation clients, construction claims, and the defense of environmental class action claims. Admissions and Affiliations
Mr. Lightfoot is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1989. Mr. Lightfoot is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, all Louisiana Federal Court Bar Associations, the New Orleans Bar Association and the Jefferson Bar Association. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
