David K. Persons
Mr. Persons is a Managing Partner in the Metairie office and has been with the firm since 1983. His practice consists primarily of general civil litigation, casualty litigation, homeowner's and general liability litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance coverage issues, automobile and transportation litigation, construction law, and products liability law. He has successfully defended individuals, major corporations, and insurance companies in a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana.
